Refund policy

We want you to feel confident trying HavenShare. This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work.

14-day free trial

Every new Admin subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends and you actively choose to continue.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Admin subscription at any time from inside the HavenShare app. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and is then stopped — you will not be billed again.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake, were double-billed, or experienced a serious technical issue that prevented you from using the Admin features you paid for, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Outside of those cases, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable for time already elapsed, since you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

How to request a refund

Email hello@havenshare.app from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund request" and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
