Terms of Service

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms form an agreement between you and HavenShare ("we", "us"). By using the HavenShare app (the "Service") you accept the terms. If you are under 18 or represent an organisation, you must have the authority to enter into the agreement.

2. The Service

HavenShare helps families and co-owners manage shared assets — bookings, high season, tasks, lists and costs. We continuously develop the functionality and may change, add or remove features.

3. Account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of your account and for all activity under it. You retain ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service in violation of law, for fraud, spam, infringement of others' rights, distribution of malicious code, or to attempt to bypass technical restrictions, scrape data or compromise security.

5. Intellectual property

HavenShare and its software, design, trademarks and documentation belong to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service according to your chosen plan. Reverse engineering, resale or distribution is not permitted.

6. Payment and subscription

Our order handling is provided by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service regarding payments and returns. Terms for payment, billing, tax and cancellation are governed by Paddle's buyer terms.

8. Operation and availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, sub-processor failures or force majeure may affect availability.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, data loss or goodwill. Nothing in the terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. Upon termination, you may export your content within a reasonable period before it is deleted.

11. Governing law and disputes

The agreement is governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue and thereafter in general court with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

12. Changes

We may update the terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email in reasonable time before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
